Venue Hire Only
Our marquee can be hired on a venue only basis giving you the opportunity to piece together all the elements of the event yourself.
We do allow Kosher, Asian or other specialist caterers, alternatively catering can be provided by our experienced in-house caterers, Hoo's Food. If you already have a caterer in mind please let us know as all non-preferred caterers must get prior agreement to cater at The Conservatory and must carry all the necessary insurance and health and safety documentation. To bring in your own caterers a kitchen hire fee of £1500 + VAT will be charged.
Additions
Cloakroom staff, entertainment and other additions are not included but can be provided at an additional cost.

Added Extras
We work closely with a company called Aquabatics who can offer feature bubble tubes, a rain curtain as well as a dancing fountain feature in the Walled Garden that can run throughout your event or be a surprise feature to your evening.
